TORAH UNIVERSITY — KU BUILDER PROGRAM Program preview: a pathway toward TU House leadership A TU House begins with people. Communities can form around a location or a shared language and can begin online before any physical space. 1. TU STUDENT Build a consistent Torah practice and progress through your approved learning path. 2. HOUSE CANDIDATE Explore a local or language-based House and discuss readiness with TU. 3. COMMUNITY BUILDER Develop responsible communication, share your learning journey and build community under TU guidance. 4. SUPERVISED FACILITATOR After the required learning and leadership assessments, facilitate approved materials under supervision. 5. APPROVED HOUSE LEADER Launch only after separate TU operational clearance; continue study, mentorship and accountability. Learning progress and leadership approval are separate. A belt or completed course alone does not authorize teaching or operating a TU House. Leadership assessment, supervised practice and written TU approval are required. BUILDERS DEVELOP Torah and source integrity; hashkafa; responsible communication; community building; content creation; approved facilitation; boundaries and escalation; House operations and ongoing mentorship. NEXT STEP Program requirements, cohort timing and House approval are confirmed directly by TU.
