Leadership
TU House Program
Torah learning grows stronger when a student can bring others into it. The TU House Program is a path for students who want to build an online Torah community connected to Torah University. It brings together a shared curriculum, a recognizable identity, training and continuing guidance from Central TU.
What a TU House is
A House is a local or online point of welcome. Its leader helps people find a useful starting place, brings learners together around a course or discussion, and makes it easier for them to continue. It is a community role rooted in service and study, not a shortcut to independent teaching authority.
How the path works
Begin as a learner. Get familiar with the material and the people you hope to serve. Then explore the House builder to understand the proposed curriculum, branding and training. A prospective House leader can shape a clear plan for whom the House serves, how often it meets and how students can move from a first conversation into steady learning.
Central TU’s continuing supervision matters because a House should stay educationally sound and connected to the larger learning community. The goal is a welcoming place that expands access to Torah while keeping responsibility and care at the center.
Where to begin
If this calls to you, first explore the program and the Beit Midrash. Choose one course you would feel comfortable inviting someone to study with you. A small, dependable learning circle is a stronger foundation than a long list of features.
