ACCOUNT & DATA CONTROL
Data Deletion Instructions
You may request deletion of your Torah University account and associated personal information. We verify requests before acting so another person cannot delete your account.
Effective September 22, 2026 · Last updated September 22, 2026
How to request deletion
- Sign in to Torah University and open Student Support. Choose Account and state that you want your TU account and associated personal data deleted.
- Or email universitykabbalah@gmail.com from the email address used for your TU account with the subject “TU data deletion request.”
- If your request concerns information obtained through a connected Meta account, include the Facebook or Instagram account name involved and state that the request concerns Meta-connected data. Do not send a password or access token.
Verification and processing
TU will verify that the requester controls the affected account. We may ask the requester to sign in or reply from the account email. After verification, we will remove or de-identify personal information that is no longer required and disconnect applicable integration data.
We aim to acknowledge a verified request promptly and complete it within a reasonable period. We will explain if additional time is required because of account complexity, backups, security review or a legal obligation.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained when necessary for payment reconciliation, fraud and abuse prevention, security logs, legal compliance, dispute resolution or a documented institutional obligation. Where practical, retained records are minimized or de-identified. Deletion does not require another student’s lawful records to be altered merely because they interacted with the requester.
What happens after deletion
Deleted account access cannot be restored automatically. Course progress, messages, uploaded materials and personalized learning history associated only with that account may no longer be available. A later sign-in may create a new account without the deleted history.
